Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference close to home? At Fir Tree Court in Cannock, you’ll be part of a supportive team helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and mental health needs to live full, independent and meaningful lives within their own community.
This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to build connections, support local people and see the positive impact you make every single day.
We’re not just looking for experience – we’re looking for the right people.
Fir Tree Court is a vibrant and welcoming service made up of sixteen accessible apartments and four bungalows in the heart of Chadsmoor.
The people who live here are active in their community – working, volunteering, socialising and enjoying local attractions. From walks around Cannock Chase and trips to local leisure centres, to social events like Sunday carveries and summer garden gatherings, there’s always something happening.
At Fir Tree Court, individuals are encouraged to shape their own lives. Regular co-production meetings mean everyone has a voice in planning activities, trying new experiences and building confidence.
“At Fir Tree Court, we support people to stay independent and achieve their goals. It’s incredibly rewarding to see individuals grow in confidence, develop new skills and enjoy real choice and freedom as part of their local community.”
At Lifeways, everything we do is guided by our values:
