As the UK's largest supported living provider, supporting over 10,000 colleagues across hundreds of locations, we're embarking on an exciting HR transformation journey. As part of this, we're redesigning our people processes and implementing a new HR ERP platform that will simplify the way we work and create a better experience for our colleagues and managers.
We're looking for an experienced Transformation Business & Process Analyst to play a key role in this journey.
This isn't a traditional Business Analyst role. We're looking for someone who understands HR operations, enjoys challenging existing ways of working, and can translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
If you've worked on HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Unit4 or similar, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work closely with HR, Finance, Transformation and operational stakeholders to understand how our organisation works today and help design how it should work tomorrow.

Instead, you'll be part of the team delivering real change—working closely with colleagues to simplify processes, improve employee experience and implement practical solutions that make a lasting difference.
