The Lifeways Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of support services for adults with learning disabilities, and we have a great opportunity to in our of our services  in Sunderland.

There are twelve apartments, each with one bedroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room, and a wet room style bathroom. All of the ground floor apartments have patio doors with access to the communal garden. There are also twelve accessible bungalows which all have one bedroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room. Each bungalow has a set of doors leading onto a shared garden

Lifeways are looking to recruit a Team Leader to supervise the delivery of this care...

You will be overseeing the support of Service Users who have Autism, mental health problems, learning disabilities and behaviour that may challenge.

• Experience of working with these client groups is essential particular experience of working with Service Users with mental health would be an advantage.
• NVQ Level 3 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care or the will to work towards the qualification or a minimum of 2 years learning disability sector experience is essential
