Team Leader/Senior Support Worker – Supported Living
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Heaton)
Contract: Full-time 37.5 hours

Lifeways Group is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Supported Living service in Heaton Newcastle.
This unique service will house an individual with complex needs, we are looking for someone who is not only compassionate and caring but can lead this new team in this new environment.
What you’ll do
- Support the Service Manager in overseeing service delivery
- Supervise and mentor Support Workers
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
- Promote person-centred care and continuous improvement
What you’ll need
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven supervisory experience in a care setting
- Flexibility to participate in a 24-hour on-call rota
