✔ Support the Service Manager with daily operations
✔ Lead, coach, and mentor Support Workers
✔ Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
✔ Promote person‑centred care and continuous improvement
🔹 NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
🔹 Supervisory experience in a care setting
🔹 Flexibility to join a 24‑hour on‑call rota
