Shift Details

Full-time  contracts available, with shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

  • Rotational shifts including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
  • Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support

You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism at Chantler Close, a modern three‑bedroom detached house located in a peaceful residential area of Heald Green, Stockport.

This is a service where people live independently with support tailored to their needs, and you’ll be part of a team helping them build skills and confidence every day.

Daily support may include:

  • Personal care routines
  • Meal preparation and household tasks
  • Support with appointments
  • Social and leisure activities
  • Encouraging independence, personal growth and community involvement

  • Three bedrooms (two en‑suite, one with a dedicated bathroom)
  • A living room, large dining room, kitchen and laundry room
  • A sensory room
  • A lawned back garden, including a raised area ideal for gardening projects
