Elm Tree House is a welcoming residential service in Rochdale supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live independent and fulfilling lives.

• Residential home supporting up to 6 individuals
• Additional self-contained apartments onsite
• Person-centred care that empowers individuals to make choices about their lives

The Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping the people we support live the life they choose.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care
• Encouraging independence and building life skills
• Supporting hobbies, activities and community involvement
• Promoting choice, dignity and respect at every step
• Building meaningful relationships and making every day count

Shift Details

• Full-time  contracts available
• Rotational day Shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday
• Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support
