What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you'll help people live life on their own terms by:

• Supporting individuals with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, managing finances, and personal care
• Encouraging people to pursue their hobbies, interests, and goals
• Accompanying individuals on community activities, shopping trips, holidays, social events, swimming, cinema visits, and more
• Building positive relationships that promote confidence, independence, and wellbeing
• Providing compassionate support tailored to each person's unique needs and aspirations
