Lifeways – Specialist Support Services serving your local community

Are you looking for a career that transforms lives for the better?  Do you have a passion to make a real impact in your local community? Lifeways offer genuine, rewarding career progression and investment in recognised qualifications. We are the UK’s largest supported living healthcare provider and have been proudly supporting communities since 1995.

Maybe becoming a Support Worker is for you? At Lifeways we look to recruit individuals who are caring, compassionate and patient… but also people who have a real passion for improving the lives of others.

Every person who joins our team is given full training, meaning you don’t need to have a qualification in Health and Social care or a background of Support.

If you think you have the ability to emotionally and physically help people to live their lives to the fullest we would love to hear from you.

Full and Part-Time contracts are available and candidates must be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns including days, nights, evenings and weekends on a rota basis.

Lifeways offers all new members of staff paid induction training and a commitment to on-going training and personal development is encouraged.

What we offer:

  • Initial and on-going paid training
  • Permanent positions with guaranteed hours
  • DBS check paid for by the company
  • Personal and career development opportunities
  • A truly rewarding career within a modern and industry leading environment

What skills you will need:

  • You will be passionate about providing the best possible support to service users
  • You will display natural empathy and compassion for others
  • You will be hardworking and be flexible
  • You will be reliable and someone who goes the extra mile
