  • Shifts are between Monday - Sunday / 08.00am - 22.00pm
  • 36hrs/week full time.

Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. The successful applicant will work across our outreach services, supporting people living with mental health conditions & learning disabilities, maintaining physical and mental well being

Duties include:

  • Providing emotional and behavioural support
  • Promoting a safe and comfortable environment
  • Assisting with daily living and independent skills, working towards individual goals
  • Maintaining personal hygiene and wellbeing.
  • Supporting and communicating with relatives and carers.
  • Medicine management
  • Budgeting
  • Other ad hoc duties

All applicants will be required to complete a DBS that is paid for by the company

**A full UK driving licence along with full access to a vehicle is essential**
