We are looking for motivated and compassionate Support Workers to support a young woman in her own accommodation in East Kilbride.

Having a team that are consistent in their approach, emotionally intelligent, honest and who work together to follow routines and support plans is essential.

The ideal candidates will be organised with a good sense of humour and some of the below common interests would be an advantage;

• Listening to music (especially pop punk)
• Fitness – weight lifting and cardio exercise
• Walks in the rain
• Learning and sharing new facts (the more random the better!)
• Dogs
• Playing ball games - good at throwing and catching

Some prior experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours would be preferred although full training will be provided.
