We are looking for full time, part time and bank support Workers.  Additionally waking night support workers.

We help all different types of people with learning disabilities and/or autism and other complex needs that may include a physical disability, who would like support either on a 24 hour basis within supported living accommodation, or to access the community on a daily basis dependent on their needs and wishes - we feel that there is nothing better than seeing people happy as we give them the support they need to live happy and fulfilled lives.

So, if you are professional, caring and supportive, and eager to train and develop your skills, we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for committed individuals and team players with a desire to care and a willingness to learn, to deliver direct support to our customers, assisting them with all aspects of their lives, from taking part in leisure and learning activities to supporting them in their homes with everyday living.

Previous experience is not necessary as all staff receive training tailored to the needs of the customer they support.

Having a driving license and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial but is not essential.
