We help all different types of people with learning disabilities and autism within supported residential accommodation, or to access the community on a daily basis dependent on their needs and wishes - we feel that there is nothing better than seeing people happy as we give them the support they need to live happy and fulfilled lives.

We are looking for committed individuals and team players with a desire to care and a willingness to learn, to deliver direct support to our customers, assisting them with all aspects of their lives, from taking part in leisure and learning activities to supporting them with everyday living.

Previous experience is not necessary as all are colleagues receive training tailored to the needs of the customer they support.

Having a driving license and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial but is not essential.
