As someone who’s not just anyone, your compassion, patience, and commitment will help change lives. You’ll:

  • Deliver person‑centred support with dignity and respect
  • Encourage independence and promote wellbeing
  • Support individuals with appointments, hobbies, and community outings
  • Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans

Every moment counts — and every person you support is not just anyone either.


Shift Patterns

This is a full‑time role with 37.5 contracted hours per week, worked across a range of shifts, including:

  • 8:00am – 8:00pm
  • 8:00am – 10:00pm

Flexibility is essential to meet the unique needs of the people we support.
