We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to lead a high-quality service supporting adults with learning disabilities. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on responsibility, takes pride in delivering exceptional care, and knows how to bring teams together to achieve outstanding outcomes.

You will be joining a service that supports individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism (ASD). This is a role for someone who understands the balance between strong operational management and person-centred support.

We are looking for a confident leader who can take ownership of service delivery, inspire their teams, and maintain the highest standards of care, compliance, and quality. You will be supported by an experienced senior leadership team, while having the autonomy to shape and develop the service at a local level.

This role would suit an experienced Registered Manager, Care Manager Service Manager, or Supported Living Manager who is ready for a new challenge within learning disability services.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running and overall performance of a supported living service, championing best practice in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a your team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred support
  • Ensure high standards of care, compliance, safeguarding, and quality assurance are consistently met
  • Drive service development, continuous improvement, and positive culture change

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and quality standards (or equivalent regulatory frameworks)
  • A confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable
  • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards it
  • Strong organisational, operational, and people management skills
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally if required
