We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Service Manager to lead our supported living service in Workington following an exciting internal promotion.
The service includes 16 modern apartments supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and autism to live independently and thrive within their community.
This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a dedicated team, make a genuine difference every day, and shape the future of the service with the support of an experienced Area Manager and Regional Director. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about high-quality care, developing people, and delivering positive outcomes.
