We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate, and confident Service Manager to lead four supported living services across Birmingham.
In this role, you’ll guide and inspire your teams to deliver outstanding support to people with learning disabilities, autism, and associated needs — empowering them to live full, independent, and meaningful lives.
You’ll be leading busy, vibrant services that need a manager with real presence: someone who leads by example, brings positive energy, and knows how to balance people-focused care with strong operational delivery.
