We're looking for an exceptional Service Manager who is passionate about making a real difference in people's lives while creating a positive, supportive, and high-performing culture for their team.
Based in St Helen’s, you'll work closely with an experienced Area Manager and Regional Director to lead the delivery of outstanding care and support services for working-age adults with complex needs, including: Learning disabilities, Physical disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Behaviours that challenge.
This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated leader who is committed to delivering person-centred support, achieving positive outcomes, and empowering both the people we support and the teams who support them.
