Job Description

Lifeways is one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist support for people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, mental health conditions, and complex care needs.

This position will be based within our dedicated mental health division.


The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Service Manager to lead a range of specialist mental health care packages, supporting a diverse group of individuals with mental health needs.

This is a multi-site role based in Wirral, where you will take responsibility for a small number of settings within our dedicated Mental Health Division. You’ll play a key role in driving quality, promoting independence, and leading your teams to deliver person-centred support.

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 5 being desirable (or working towards it)
  • A proven commitment to ongoing professional development throughout your career
  • Strong experience in operational and people management
  • A valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
  • A genuine passion for quality care — and the ability to lead by example
