The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate, and experienced Service Manager to lead our specialist mental health supported living service in Anfield. This service comprises eight modern apartments with communal indoor and outdoor spaces, providing a safe and empowering environment for the people we support.

Here, individuals lead fulfilling and independent lives, thriving with the dedicated support of our skilled mental health team. As Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while fostering an environment where both staff and residents flourish. What You’ll Bring

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care with Level 5 being desirable (or working towards it)
• Strong experience in operational and people management
• A valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally
• A genuine passion for quality care — and the ability to lead by example
• Previous experience and a genuine passion for working with people living with mental health needs
