We are seeking a confident manager who will monitor, report and advise on practices which promote choice, well-being and protection of all individuals across our services in Grimsby. We provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism in these services, you will be managing a team to ensure they are promoting independence and providing the best support every day of the year.
What we can offer you
What you can bring to Lifeways:
Must hold a minimum of Level 3 in Health social care or equivalent.
A wealth of experience in people management and Health & Social care
Previous experience supporting those with complex mental health needs
A valid UK drivers’ licence
