As Senior Communications Manager for this multiple award-winning organisation, you’ll help us bring our story to life both inside and outside the organisation.
About the role
This is a key role in our Marketing and Communications team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications. You’ll shape and deliver communications that engage and motivate our 10,000-strong workforce and share the best of Lifeways with the wider world.
From storytelling that celebrates the achievements of our colleagues, to campaigns that build pride and belonging across our services, you’ll help make sure every message connects with our mission - to be both the provider and employer of choice in our sector.
You’ll also lead and support a small, talented team, bringing creativity, structure and energy to everything you do.
