Abbey Lodge provides 11 high‑quality, self-contained apartments and offers 24-hour specialist mental health support, helping people on their recovery journey to live independently within their own home.
At Abbey Lodge, we support people living with a range of mental health needs, promoting rehabilitation, recovery, increased responsibility, social inclusion, and long-term wellbeing.

Hours: Full-time – (days, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends)
Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support.
You'll provide person-centred, recovery-focused support, helping individuals to:

We welcome applicants who:
• Have a genuine interest in supporting people with diverse needs
• Are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
• Possess strong communication and IT skills
• Are willing to learn and grow professionally
• May have prior experience in care (not essential — full training provided)
• Hold or are willing to work towards an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care
