About Crown Lea Avenue
Crown Lea Avenue is a peaceful, accessible bungalow in Malvern, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health needs. The home features three bedrooms, a shared bathroom with hoist access, a large kitchen, living room, conservatory, and a beautiful shared garden with a patio and BBQ area. There's even a resident cat!
The service is within walking distance of vibrant local amenities including shops, parks, cafes, pubs, Malvern Theatre, Priory Park, and more. Residents enjoy a mix of activities such as crafts, music, swimming, sensory sessions, and regular day trips to places like Blackpool and Birmingham Sealife Centre.
Currently, Crown Lea Avenue is home to two women—one in her early 70s who enjoys shopping, cooking, puzzles, and church, and another in her early 40s who prefers a quiet atmosphere and sensory activities. A verbal female support worker would be a great addition to the team to complement the current residents.
Due to the location of the service, we are specifically looking for drivers.
