Join our Lifeways team in Northampton, where we provide specialist support and recovery services for people with enduring mental health needs. The team are drug & alcohol specialists. Whether it’s enjoying going to the library, boxing, snooker, cricket, paddle boarding or simply having a chat; you’ll be there to offer companionship, care, and encouragement.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll provide emotional and behavioural support, promote a safe and comfortable environment, and assist with daily living and personal goals. Every day, you’ll help someone move closer to independence—and that’s a powerful impact. 

What You’ll Need:
No previous experience is required. We’re looking for people who are:

• Confident and emotionally resilient
• Quick decision-makers
• Able to maintain professional boundaries
• Passionate about helping others thrive

Shift Patterns:

• Between 8am–10pm, Monday to Sunday
• Sleep-ins required (with competitive rates)
