About the Role

• Position: Male Care Support Worker
• Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shifts: 3 x 14 Hours long shifts per week (07:30 – 21:30), with overtime opportunities
• Location: Bartley Green
• Essential: Experience in care (due to complex support needs)
• Desirable: Driver - manual (not essential)

To better support the needs of the people we care for, we particularly welcome applications from Urdu-speaking male candidates who can also communicate in English, helping us connect with and support our diverse local community.
