Interim Service Manager - 3-6 month FTC - Southampton

Job Description

Join us at an exciting stage of growth as we expand our supported living services across Southampton, supporting young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

We're looking for an experienced Supported Living Manager to lead the mobilisation of our new services. You'll develop person-centred support plans, complete risk assessments, and ensure a smooth transition as services are established.

This is a hands-on interim role where you'll provide operational leadership, maintain high-quality care, and help build strong, person-centred services while permanent teams are recruited.

• Brings strong organisational and operational leadership skills, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support throughout a period of growth and change.
• Builds positive relationships quickly with the people we support, families, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
• Provides confident, visible leadership to staff teams, offering guidance, stability, and support during a period of service development.
• Maintains a strong focus on quality, compliance, safeguarding, and positive outcomes, ensuring services continue to meet the highest standards.
• Adapts confidently in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing priorities while keeping the needs of the people we support at the heart of every decision.
