We’re looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Analyst with proven experience across Azure and Microsoft 365 (Intune & Entra) to join our IT team.
This is a technical support role, focused on resolving issues, maintaining systems, and supporting a modern hybrid environment. It’s best suited to someone with solid foundational experience who is continuing to build their expertise — not someone operating at an architectural or strategic level.

Job Description
🔧 Essential Experience (Applications will be screened against this)
- Experience working in a 2nd/3rd line infrastructure support role
- Hands-on administration of Azure (VMs, networking, identity)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune and Entra (Azure AD)
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently in a structured, logical way
- Comfortable explaining real examples of issues you’ve diagnosed and resolved
🌐 Nice to Have
- Exposure to networking technologies (VPNs, firewalls, routing, switching)
- Any Cisco experience or certifications
- Scripting or automation (PowerShell)
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a technical escalation point for infrastructure issues
- Supporting Azure and M365 (Intune & Entra) environments
- Troubleshooting across systems, cloud services, and basic networking
- Contributing to system stability, security, and incremental improvements
