The Lifeways Group are looking for a fixed term Office Administrator (12 months) to join our team in Doncaster to provide administration for our supported living services throughout the Doncaster region.

Ther4e may be an opportunity for this position to become permanent.

We provide support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and autistic spectrum disorders, complex needs, mental health issues and challenging behaviours in all aspects of their daily lives.

Being part of an expanding organisation, you will be exposed to a wide variety of administrative duties and different practices. You will provide administrative support to the management team on all matters. Duties will include, but are not limited to: greeting visitors; answering the telephone; ordering office supplies, dealing with petty cash, filing, recruitment, taking minutes and maintaining service user and personnel records in line with data protection and regulatory standards.

This post therefore requires good interpersonal, presentation, organisational and communication skills and the confidence to deal with clients, external professionals and staff at all levels. It is essential that you have a keen eye for detail, a professional demeanour and are able to work within a team orientated environment.

Applicants are required to be computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft Office systems. Previous administrative experience of working within an office environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
