Here at Lifeways in Tile Hill - Coventry we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience in a Care / Support Work, however, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others to lead their most independent lives then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us. 

 Current residents at this service are aged between 20 and 45. Everyone is welcome - all genders and personalities will be assessed to make sure it’s the right fit. We’re fortunate to be located just a short walk from a range of vibrant shops, cafes, pubs, a post office, Tile Hill Library and high-street banks.

The people we care for have varying interests including gardening, shopping, playing sports, cooking, swimming, watching television, spending time with family and being in the community.
