Support Worker – Stourport-on-Severn

Salary: £12.71per hour
Hours: Part Time (30 hours/week)
Shifts: 10pm - 7am , Monday to Sunday - 3 nights per week 

Please note - this is on a rota you wont be able to pick your shifts they will be given 4 weeks in advance

Your Role as a Support Worker

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing overnight support and ensuring a safe, calm environment
• Supporting individuals with personal care and wellbeing needs
• Promoting independence and emotional reassurance during night hours
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team
• Being a trusted presence and advocate for those you support

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
