Whether you're new to care or experienced, we’ll support you every step of the way with full training and development.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a shared house where we support 3 ladies with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. The house has a happy, homely atmosphere and everyone enjoys spending time together. The ladies like to eat meals together, watch films and go into town for lunch. They also love to celebrate each other’s birthdays. The house is ideally located with plenty to do nearby and the ladies really enjoy getting out and about in the local area and going into the city.
We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life:
Who We’re Looking For
Whether you're an experienced Support Worker or new to care, if you have a heart for helping others live independently and with dignity, we’ll give you the training, tools, and support to thrive.
“Aigburth Road is a wonderful place to live. Our small support team go the extra mile every day to make sure the people are supported to do whatever they enjoy.” Manager, Aigburth Road”
