At Lifeways, we’re looking for a compassionate full-time Female Support Workers to join our warm and welcoming team in Leicester.
Shift Pattern
- Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
- Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- Night shifts: sleeping and waking night
- Full flexibility to work the above shifts is required, including Weekends on a rota basis
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
- Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
