Female Care Support Worker – Bartley Green

Must hold a Full UK driving licence with at least 12 months’ driving experience

What We’re Offering

Shift Patterns: 

07:00-14:30pm

08:00-15:30pm

13:30-21:00pm

14:30-22:00pm

 

Or all day shift of 07:00-22:00pm

Contracts Available:

• 22.5 hours (Part‑time) – Must be fully flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends
• 37.5 hours (Full‑time) – Must be fully flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends

Both roles require:

• A full UK driving licence at least 12 months of driving experience

About the Service

Our Bartley Green service is set within a calm residential area, surrounded by scenic walking routes including Woodgate Valley Country Park. The people we support enjoy getting out into the community—whether that’s visiting Northfield Pool and Fitness Centre, Bartley Green Library, Halesowen town centre or enjoying days out to places like the Black Country Museum or Blackpool.

Activities the people we support love include walking, gardening, bingo, aqua aerobics, volunteering, socialising, listening to music, and enjoying community events. We even have access to a nearby allotment, where individuals grow flowers, plants and vegetables.

• Exploring local attractions and day trips across the region

You don’t need to have experience in care—we’ll provide full training and continuous support to help you succeed.
