Shift Pattern
- 30-hours per week
- Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
- Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- Full flexibility required, including Weekends
- Sleep-in shifts are also required. You will receive additional payments of £56 for each sleep-in shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
- Encouraging independence and community involvement
- Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
- Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
