We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to manage the day-to-day running of our new service in Newcastle that supports 8 individuals with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
In this role you will support the Service Manager to ensure that excellent services are delivered and ensure that the service is compliant with external regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for leading, advising and motivating a colleagues team and your duties will include colleagues supervision and team meetings.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of PBS, autism, and learning disabilities and strive to uphold the principles of the Right Care, Right Support, Right Culture.
