Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to manage the day-to-day running of our services in Coventry

In this role you will support the Service Manager to ensure that excellent services are delivered and ensure that the service is compliant with external regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for leading, advising and motivating a colleagues team and your duties will include colleagues supervision and team meetings.

In this role you will be required to be highly flexible and participate in the 24 hour on-call rotational system providing management support to colleagues and person-centred approaches to the people who use our service.
