Care Team Leader – Wolverhampton

Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week | Flexible Shifts | Driver Preferred

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a team of Support Workers
• Ensuring high standards of person-centred care
• Supporting recruitment, staff development, and supervision
• Managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
• Communicating effectively with staff, people we support, and external professionals

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and IT skills
• A full UK driving licence is preferred, as some services require driving company vehicles
