As Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the service, working alongside colleagues to create an environment where people are empowered to achieve their goals, develop new skills, and enjoy active, meaningful lives within their community.
Fir Tree Court is a vibrant and welcoming service in the heart of Chadsmoor, made up of sixteen accessible apartments and four bungalows.
