Care Support Worker - Yardley

We are currently recruiting  full time support worker for our residential service in Yardley . This is a 38.5 hour contract working various shifts and the successful candidate must be flexible to work on a rota basis Monday-Sunday.

  • Bank - 0 Hour Contract

Here at Lifeways in Yardley we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience in a Care / Support Work, however, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others to lead their most independent lives then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us. 

This Service would be well suited to a sociable and calm person. The people we support are mixed gender, and range in age from early 30s to early 80s.

At This service we support people with autism, learning disabilities, Down’s Syndrome, cerebral palsy and other complex needs.

The people here share many interests, such as arts and crafts, shopping, listening to music, going to the cinema, being in the community, dolls, rock climbing and swimming. It’s a very busy house, with lots of activities to choose from, in and out of the house, each day.
