Job Description

For this service we require staff who are able and willing to drive our company cars, therefore you must hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Here at Lifeways in West Malling we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us. 

This service is suitable for people with learning disabilities, autism or physical disabilities.  The team hear thrive on supporting the people we support to lead more fulfilling, independent lives.
