Shift Patterns

We provide support across a range of shifts between:

Full time - 37.5 Hours Contract 

Part time -22.5 Hours Contract 

• 7:00am - 10:00pm
• 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Sleep-in shifts available

You will work across two local services, so flexibility is important.

As a Support Worker, you'll be helping people to:

• Develop everyday living skills
• Build confidence and independence
• Access local activities, clubs and community events
• Attend appointments and manage daily routines
• Explore hobbies, interests and new experiences
• Achieve personal goals and aspirations
• Maintain meaningful connections with family, friends and their community

Most importantly, you'll provide encouragement, companionship and practical support that enables people to thrive.
