Support Worker – Sutton Park, Blunsdon

  • Full-time contracts (37.5 hours) with flexible shifts: Working Between two services - SN5 & SN26 
    07:00–22:00 / 07:00–14:30 / 14:30–22:00 - Sleep-in shifts: 22:00–07:00

About Sutton Park:

Sutton Park is a warm and welcoming service supporting two individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, CHARGE syndrome, and Polydipsia. One person uses an adapted version of Makaton to communicate, and both require support with eating and drinking.

They love getting out into the community—shopping, swimming, walking, and enjoying meals at local pubs. This is a lively, active service that suits energetic support workers who are passionate about inclusion and person-centred care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for helping others live independently
  • Flexibility to work across a 24-hour rota, including alternate weekends
  • Previous care experience is welcome, but not required—we’ll provide full training
