Here at Lifeways in Stafford we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience in a Care / Support Work, however, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others to lead their most independent lives then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us. 

At this service people are aged between 20 and 40. The three other residents in the bungalow have learning disabilities. They enjoy a peaceful lifestyle and will welcome an individual with a similar outlook.


The Individuals we support here are in their early 30s. Their interests range from gardening, keeping fit and cooking, to watching soaps, listening to music and arts and crafts. The other is a man in his mid-forties. He is a quiet person who has a passion for Disney.

People enjoy days out, taking part in a local version of the Special Olympics, going to parties and watching musicals. They are an independent group who like spending time in the community.
