We are currently recruiting Support Workers for our amazing supported living service in North Walsham, Norfolk.
At Lifeways we put the people we support at the heart of everything we do and are looking for those who share our values to join our team as a Support Worker in North Walsham. As we provide a full training and induction programme, we can consider those without experience that are looking to join the sector and provide exceptional care.

Our Support Worker role is an integral part of team, ensuring the people we support can live as independently as possible within their own home and their wider community. The type of care you provide will be tailored to the needs of the individual. It is an incredibly varied and rewarding role as you will be helping people in your area to improve their quality of life, achieve their goals and make a very real and positive difference.
This role will see you provide support with:
We provide support every day of the year, so in this role you could be working shifts on both weekdays and weekends. The opportunities in this area will involved working a variety of shifts, shifts could be 7-3, 10-6 or 3-10 for this service. Please note sleep in’s could also be linked to this role
