Shift patterns - Full time and Part time available

  • Shift patterns - 15 hour shifts, Day shifts, Sleep ins, Part time, Weekend work included, 37.5 hours full time.

For this service driving isn't necessary but would be advantageous due to rural location.

Here at Lifeways in both Shepton Mallet, we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.

Our residents at this service are very exciting individuals, they have a range of interests such as collecting curiosities to needlework. Other activities they enjoy vary from going on day trips to the theatre or cinema and even going on holidays. Your job as a Support Worker is to manage their ASD conditions and to ensure our Service Users lead valued and fulfilling lives, helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability.
