We’re currently looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our caring and knowledgeable team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’re compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What’s It Like at Twitch Farm?

Twitch Farm is a spacious bungalow split into two private living areas, each with separate bedrooms, bathrooms, lounges, and dining spaces. The only shared areas are the kitchen and the large, peaceful garden—complete with a greenhouse, summer house, and patio.
The service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health conditions. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys a relaxed and quiet environment, but also wants to explore the community and take part in group outings.

Shift Pattern

• Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
• Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
• Long day shifts available 
• Full flexibility required, including weekends
• Night cover may also be needed

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
