We’re currently looking for dedicated full-time Support Workers to join our caring and knowledgeable team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’re compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Shift Pattern

• Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm
• Afternoon shifts: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
• Night shifts: includes waking nights and sleep-in shifts
• Full flexibility required, including weekends

Staff work across modern, self-contained apartments, helping individuals live independently while staying connected to the local community. With a focus on empowerment and meaningful engagement, the team supports a wide range of needs—making every day varied, rewarding, and full of opportunities to make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
