You will be lone working at some points in the shift however the person we support is cared for on a 2-1 basis for 7.5 hours of the day for support to access the community. The person we support enjoys trips out in the car to visit different places such as parks, nature reserves, beaches, shops, and other local amenities. You will need to display patience as sometimes our service user is reluctant to have personal care and will need lots if encouragement but staff will need to support with this.

The person we support does enjoy time to themselves during the day and staff can use this time to complete necessary paperwork and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the house. You will be responsible for daily medication and daily financial transactions.
