We are currently recruiting full time and part time support workers to work days over at our supported living service in Shepton Mallet. The successful candidate will be required to work long days between the hours of 7am-10pm on a rota basis Monday to Sunday.

Here at Lifeways in both Shepton Mallet, we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.
Our residents at this service are very exciting individuals, they have a range of interests such as collecting curiosities to needlework. Other activities they enjoy vary from going on day trips to the theatre or cinema and even going on holidays. Your job as a Support Worker is to manage their ASD conditions and to ensure our Service Users lead valued and fulfilling lives, helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability.
